// Refund and Returns Policy

• The Admission / Registration Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• This fee reserves your seat and covers administrative & onboarding costs.

A refund request raised before the commencement of the batch will be eligible as follows:

• 75% of the tuition fee will be refunded if the request is submitted within 7 days from the date of fee payment.
• 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded if the request is submitted after 7 days of payment but before the batch starts.
• GST, taxes, and processing charges are non-refundable.

Once the batch has commenced:

• No refunds will be processed for any portion of the course fee.
• This includes scenarios such as change of interest, relocation, medical reasons, or inability to attend classes.
• Students may request batch transfer, subject to management approval and seat availability (additional charges may apply).

• All installments must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Failure to pay installments on time may lead to suspension of classes until dues are cleared.
• Installments already paid are non-refundable.

Since these programs are shorter in duration and resource-intensive:

• No refunds will be applicable once admission is confirmed.

To request a refund (where applicable):

• Submit a written application to the Centre Head / Administration Office.
• Attach the original fee receipt and ID proof.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days to the bank account provided by the student.
• No cash refunds will be issued.

The following components are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Admission / Registration Fee
• GST or any government tax
• Processing or administrative charges
• Examination fees (if applicable)
• Fees paid for workshops, bootcamps, events, or certifications
